- In-person Sessions: £45 per 60 minutes Tuesdays - Fridays 09:00 - 18:00 & Saturdays 10:00 - 15:00
- Virtual Sessions: £40 per 60 minutes Tuesdays - Fridays 09:00 - 18:00 & Saturdays 10:00 - 15:00
In-person sessoons are held 10 miutes from Forest Hill Station SE23, served by London Overground (change at Canada Waters/Whutechapel) and by BR direct services from London Bridge. Journey time from e.g. London Bridge/Canada Water is approximately 15 minutes.
